Love it. The more we suck in the minds of the media and other teams, the better off we will be. So we get no respect, who cares?? Victory is always more sweet, when you are looked at as being nothing=piece of crap.

According to TSN, we are ranked at number 8 out of the 8 teams.

Tampa's in for a suprise boys!

from tsn:

Second-seeded Boston was upset by the seventh-seed Montreal Canadiens, but with an injured Joe Thornton laying a goose egg on the scoresheet, the result really wasn't so unexpected.
-------------

I hate TSN, they give us no credit at all!. we were down 3-1 and now they say:" of course habs won the series...we knew that was going to happen"

GRRRRRRRRHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well...injured ribs and jammed wrist is a little bit more for scoring center (who is also supposed to win face-offs) than bad knee.

Why was Joe playing 20 min a game that's a question to our coach.

Your right, the coach should not have been pusing this guy to the limit. Problem is, if he couldnt do much playing 20 mins, what would he have done playing less??

Dont get me wrong, Joe is a dominant player. I just dont think he is that kinda guy that can perform with injuries like we have seen other do like Yzerman in the past. Thats just my opinion though based on what i saw in the series.

kypros said."ill take a 50 percent joe thorton any day,and we will see tonight just how joe does." he told watters he was crazy...

well it over and who was right..

again would you play micheal jordan with a broken leg, just because he's your star player?star player or not the team would have been better of with out joe.....

if we would have lost the series "kovy" gate woulda been our excuse im sure of it..so say hi to all the boys on the first tee for me..lol

The thing is ..he probably can...but why player who was expected to score goals with such an injury was used on PK. I know we lost one of our best PKer Ted Donato but still it's strange!!!

I also think his wings let him down alot but that's another theme.

Why do you guys even bother to listen to fools like Healey, Cherry, Cole, Greener etc? All you guys do is biach about how bad they are and how they don't respect us. DON'T LISTEN!

You have to realize that the Habs finished 7th. Of course we're the underdogs! I like it that way. You guys take everything to personal. I would rather sit quietly while those guys play the fool all the while the Habs are moving up, up, up. Those same guys work and live in Toronto and are paid in Toronto funds It's their job to try and make the Laffs look good.

YES, you are right they should, they were #1, but in the playoffs that doesn't matter too much, Boston was #2. I like when they underestimate us, like somebody said here the sweeter the victory taste is!
