This is such a crucial game at this point in the season. After losing 2 of 3, need a win to gain back some momentum and keep pace with the Sharks with a chance to reclaim the conference lead with 2 wins.

I just want a solid game all around. 2 goals or less given up, 3 goals or more scored for. I want good D, few turnovers and good offensive pressure.

K guys?

Any reason the nhl.com preview says that Bolland may be back tonight?

Yeah, I read this somewhere as well. He made the trip, is skating with the team, but is not yet cleared to play.

I hope they are pissed from being owned by Vancouver and come out to destroy the pitiful Oilers. Only real scoring threat is Gagner who might not play due to a knee injury, and their blue line in Souray/Vis.

NO EXCUSES! (putting cash on chi)

re: Bolland - he's back w/ the team skating in full practice, hoping to return before the Olympics

re: tonight's game - 5-2 Hawks, big first (3-0), 4-0 after two before two early-3rd EDM goals make it interesting before a late tally finishes the deed.

Hendry is stepping in for Sopel. Hopefully we don't see any Barker breakdowns that Hendry won't be able to help with.

I expect a 4-2 game with Kane getting 2 goals and an assist.

Hendry is a better skater and faster then Sopel so that might actually be less of a concern (Love Sopel but sometimes his lack of speed hurts) and maybe Barker will be more comfortable jumping into the play and actually playing

Red Wings blow 4-2 lead late in 3rd (about 2 min left when they started to blow it)

And lose to Coyotes in OT

Could Sharp be any more of an idiot? I'm getting sick of his face, he's really dragging Hossa down.

Very impressed with Hendry's play early, he really should be an every day player for the Hawks.

I hope the Oilers get the #1 pick

That team needs something with all the Free agent rejections , Nylander flip-flop and Heatley NTC garbage over recent years

Sharp is struggling but I wouldn't go that far , Plus he is playing C until Bolland gets back

He is a better C then Versteeg is
