Bob McKenzie's mid season draft rankings

Bob McKenzie, probably the most respected hockey insider has released TSN's top 30 players for the 2010 draft. It's interesting to note that he states Fowler is getting some competition as the top D-man in the draft. I've watched Bob on draft day for years on TSN, and the man is almost right 99.9% of the time.

I find interesting that Campbell, the US WJC goalie is ranked in the top 30. I asked Kirk if he thought the B's should grab him with our own first pick and he felt he could drop into the second round. I know he is 3 to 4 years away from the NHL, just in time for TT's contract to expire. Anyone want to take a chance at him if he drops to the second round? How about Fowler possibly dropping?

It's probably the closest draft in many many years

I`ve seen Gormley now play 4 times this year live, and despite the weak competition of our Mooseheads here in Halifax, this kid is the real deal, skates well, competes, physical, moves the puck well.

Fowler or Gormley, I`d take either in a heartbeat
