They are just not strong on the puck tonight, way too many casual coughing up of the puck to Vancouver, it is alot of luck its still just tied.

It's nice seeing EJ asserting himself physically out on the ice.

Agreed. We seem to have success with Vancouver when we bring the physical game to them. When we let them open up the ice though, forget about it.

Its nice, but do it against Bolduc or someone like that. NOT someone who's handled Janssen pretty good.

Ehh let him take his lumps. Dropping the mits with someone who has a rep as a good fighter shows his teammates and opposing players he's not afraid.

I'm still waiting for that one huge open ice hit where he finally realizes that extra 25lbs of muscle he has put on. You know it's coming and I feel for the poor guy on the other end of it.

Are you guys always that aggressive on the Pk? Your guys were really taking away the time and space of the Canucks and doing a good job beating them to pucks in the corner

Is it a Pronger thing or a Sydor thing?

I dont mind Sydor out there. I dont think hes hurting us when hes out there. I think we could do worse for a bottom pairing guy, its not like he is getting prime minutes.

After all these years, Demitra still starts almost every sentence with "Oh for sure like you know."

I can't believe how bad NHL officiating has become this year. I can't remember the last time I saw a fair game.

Canucks may be out shooting us. Blues haven't helped themselves with some puck play decisions. I think that EJ stepped aside not only to cover the pass but, also to allow Conklin to see puck and it got by him. Still should be tied nonetheless, that power play goal shouldn't have gotten by. It was a definite horse**** call.

I guess you can't blame Edler for whipping his head back, that stick was kind of close. But NONE of the officials were in position to see the non-contact? Is that asking too much?
