Hey Mo we are on the PP not PK...Brind A'Mour, Gleason, Sutter...although I guess you could call them the same thing in Carolina.

Aaron Ward can feel free to quit playing hockey any time now. Just leave.

I think it's looking obvious that AWardo's powerplay coaching has really helped out! Who else would have come up with the idea of putting Rod out there? Brilliant I tell you!!!

I think it's safe to say that the Staal-Jokinen-Whitney line is a keeper.

Sadly it will become Jokinen-Staal-Cole after the deadline.

Still, Staal and Jokinen together are looking great.

Ladd.

Congrats to the Juice! I'm going way out on a limb and predicting he passes his career high in goals this season...

So now we know that Ladd doesn't pack enough underwear for long road trips...

Just got a chance to tune in right before our second goal. How has the game been?

Can we change that to Jokinen-Staal-Ruutu

I'm impressed that we are hanging right in there. Gritty Veteran AWard is cause for 1st goal. Was a very nice pass to Hossa, right on his tape. Sadly, he doesn't pass like that to his own teammates.

Too bad we couldn't have sent him off with Boston last week.

Official attendance: 6,896. That will put a dent in our average.

I was impressed when the game started with how it looked. I wouldn't have been surprised with half that...

It has been exciting and there have been lots of chances, but that's probably because both teams are playing like garbage. We've already allowed at least four 2-on-1s and one 2-on-0. The Jokinen goal was pond hockey-esque.

Given the status of the roads and no public transit options, 6900 isn't bad.

Brind'amour right up the middle leads to Wallin penalty. Good job.

Cam is saving our ass tonight. When Chicago gets possession like this it's like they're glued to the puck.

6900...can't accuse Carolina of counting tickets sold instead of actual attendance.

And all NHL teams count paid attendance.
