hey guys!
know it's extremely hard to lose in the playoffs, especially in the first even after you were one goal away from making the Stanley Cup Finals last year.

But honestly, you guys have nothing to be ashamed about. Your team played a great series and have a lot to look forward to. If the Sens would have pulled it off last night, that would have been a big confidence booster in that, not only were they going to be able to beat the Leafs in the playoffs for the first time ever, put it would have made Alfredsson look like a champ with his predictions, and that could have been a turning point in their playoff run.

Enjoy your summer, and good luck next year.

In my opinion...
The Sens got bad goaltending from Lalime some of the games and I still don't get why Spezza wasn't used...

Thus said, Lalime won't be back (I doubt it). And Spezza might request a trade. Why? Because since his first season, he was on and off in the lineup. This year, he finally played, and he contributed. I'm sure he's fuming after this series though.

Spezza won't request a trade, and if he does he won't get one because Martin is gone and so goes the conflict. So no worry there. The reason he didn't play was Martin went on a feeling that Vermette was a better fit. To be honest, he was right, Vermette set up the game 6 winner, so can't fault him for Vermette over Spezza. Maybe Spezza should have been in there for Bonk or something, but that's a different story.
