How did you get one living in Canada? If you are bluffing it is not nice.

Go Canes Go

We would rather lose this game then win it. Oiler fans are now into getting a top pick and some of us have nightmares of the oilers winning a few games and suddenly find ourselves drafting at like 4th overall and out of the top 3--not what we want. We would rather lose this game and win against a team 20 pts above us then beat a team 1 spot below us. That is the kind of year the oilers are having. We are all into the "fall for hall" or "don't win for Seguin"

Hope that helps
i mean i kinda figured thats why but if i go to a game, im gonna cheer on my team

What is that supposed to mean, his move towards the offensive zone instead of being safe and covering his defensive responsibilities DIRECTLY lead to an odd man rush against A Ward...

Frightening that I figured this could be the one that we lose. Frankly we need a loss to get any thoughts of a playoff push out of JRs head.

If you find a more pointing trigger happy pairing, you'll get your LaRose bobblehead

It means I thought the game started at 10 and didn't see the first two goals.

I saw the second oil goal, and that was probably the dumbest thing I've ever seen him do.

ward points "look, i think i see clay aiken in the 4th row"
Joni points back "I think you should play defense on the guy flying down the wing"

pretty sure thats how it goes down

I didn't catch him on the first, as I was shocked that such an off angle shot went in. As for the second, considering Ward was semi committed to the check, Joni should have been focused on Brule but instead he was mesmerized by Ward's elite pointing skills.

Uh, both Pitkanen and Ward were back defending it. Not just Ward. Wouldn't the forward who got caught be the one that caused the odd man rush?

It wasn't Pitkanen's finest hour either, but I think what pissed me off about the play was that Ward seemed way more interested in pointing to the third man than defending his side of the ice. Pitkanen had two guys to take care of; Ward just skated backward and let the pass fly right by him.

Agreed. It looked like Ward pointed to say "You take both of them" And then took a position that didn't stop the shot or the pass.
