According to the gazette, the lines are in fact not what TSN's ice chips say..

http://www.montrealgazette.com/sport...329/story.html

Those lines look A LOT better!

Benoit Pouliot - Tomas Plekanec - Sergei Kostitsyn
Ben Maxwell - Scott Gomez - Brian Gionta
Marc-André Bergeron - Maxim Lapierre - Mathieu Darche
Travis Moen - Glen Metropolit - Matt D'Agostini

Les paires de défenseurs :
Roman Hamrlik - Josh Gorges
Hal Gill - Yannick Weber
Andrei Markov - Ryan O'Byrne

Thanks... it is a lot better!

Until the olympic break and while Andrei Kostitsyn is injured, I hope Martin drastically cut his bench and pushes for a more than usual hermetic style of hockey... I know...

If Maxwell and D'Agostini don't step their game up a notch, I expect them to see very little action during the 3rd period while Lapierre and Darche TOI/period increase as the game progresses.

I expect our Habs to play with the fear of being completely humiliated/outclassed.

Go PP!
Go goalies!
And... go hermetic hockey!

Pouliot with Plekanec makes a lot of sense. Obviously breaking the Gomez-Gionta-Pouliot line sucks, but Martin has no alternative. Pouliot is a great scorer and Plekanec a great playmaker...who knows ? Maybe this could help Sergei find his magic touch again.

I'm not sure having Maxwell on the second line is a good idea though...but there again, what are the other options ? The only other possibility would be Darche...

I'm happy to see Lapierre back at center. Maybe the all-french line could suprise us ?

Fourth line is brutal. I like Metropolit, but his place is on the first/second line of some first division swedish team....

There are barely any stats or trends that would favor the Habs tonight.

Even if we want it more the skill of the Canucks might just win out.

Halak is the only player that can win this for us. Much like the game last year.

I wonder if d'ago will try to fight again tonight. Him vs Rypien would be quite comical.

I am betting the Habs to win by 2 on Pro-line, they always seem to do well when everyone writes them off for a game.

Gill got his ass beat last time by Rypien.

All will be quiet on the Eastern front.

This one could be ugly, the Sedins are 2 of best players in the world. Those no look behind the back tape to tape passes were amazing on Saturday night.

Yeah that's something I noticed too....He works only with his stick when along the board....He should use his body but I've always seen this guy as an injury prone type of player so he might think the same about himself.

I'm not sure about this game...

When it looks like the Canucks should easily walk away with 2 points (Montreal missing Cammalleri and Kostisyn (A) ) they tend to struggle.

However the Sedins are playing out of their minds right now... so who knows?

I have won my jersey for 3 games this season. The centennial game, and Halak's first 2 shutouts. Can Halak make it 3/3 tonight? I sure hope so.

The Pavol Demitra-Kyle Wellwood-Steve Bernier line is looking to break out tonight. Should be interesting to watch.

My roommate is from Vancouver, were watching the game tonight with a little drinking added, every shot against your team, icing and offside is a drink, and a goal against is chug. Should end badly for me.

He'll be completely sober and you'll be drunk as **** pretty soon.

Shots are gonna be something like 45-17 for Vancouver
