He's not the only player in the league who's done that.

The Canucks got high sticked a couple of different times in their last game in Anaheim and neither got called.

And to be honest with you what do you think you'd do if you got a stick in the face??

I'd agree with you had the stick not hit him in the face but the fact is that he did get hit in the face with a stick.

Did you see Strudwick last game, he got high sticked, and didnt flinch, was bleeding and there was no call.

I've been hit with a stick far too many times. I usually flinch and grab my face. I don't snap my head back like I took a two-hander across the face.

Don't try to convince me that he didn't embellish that, which is my only point. It was most definitely a high stick, but the embellishment was something else. Of course there are other players in the league to do that, but Burrows has developed a reputation that anyone can see.
