Good news.
Then we can shut them both down at the same time, focus on offence the rest of the time!

Go ahead and worry about offence when the Modin-Richards-Stillman line is on the ice. Dont worry about them doing anything.

You are right. The Lightnings have good weapons in offense, don't underestimate them.

Julien will try and play Koivu's line against Lecavalier's. I love how everyone expects Saks line to be the one's playing defense....maybe its not a question of whether we can contain them but more of a question if they can contain us.

As for Richards line...I worry about them more then Vinny's line. That line might hold the 3 most underrated players in the league. I expect Julien to try and get our checking line out against them. But that is going to be a tall task to keep them in check.

Nop, I think Dowd - Bulis - Juneau/Sundstrom will play against Vinny line. Kovalev - Koivu - Zednik will play against the Richards line.

With the addition of Kovalev, both team have very good top 6. It's comparable.
Lightnings scored more goals but faced weaker opposition. Will be interresting. Habs in 7 (or 6)

Bad news, St. Louis and Vinny are damn near unstopable together. Even on the PK the two are to much to handle.

Maybe they cant be stoped, but we can sure slow them down if we do some things better.

Great plan. Vinny and Marty do suck. Well done. Keep up the solid "shut down". The "offence" is rockin'.

Apologies. So, a response to a false statement is not "classy". If I make up an outlandish/wrong statement, no one can address it, and I'm right.OK.

If you think the lines will stay the same if the Lecavalier-St. Louis Line gets shut down.... you're nuts.

TB has two configurations. Either Lecavalier and St. Louis are on the same line. Or St. Louis is separated on the 2nd line.

If one doesn't work the other is highly effective.
