Hey guys I am going to the final home game of the season vs. Edmonton
Which section do you guys think is better? Either section 307 row C, or section 209 row H, seats 5&6. I have sat in the 300s section last year for playoffs, but I have never been down in the 200s. Which has the better view? Btw, the 209 is $5 cheaper a ticket than the 307.

Hey, Sabres fan here flying in for next Wednesday's game.
Getting to John Wayne on Tuesday, staying at the Doubletree. Any advice on rental cars, getting to the game, etc.?
I'm assuming you are staying at the Doubletree by the airport. If you are looking to see the sites around, I would get a car. If you are just looking to stay local and go to the game, they have awesome shuttles around the airport area that can take you to the train station where you can ride to the game. They drop you at the stadium across the street and shuttle you to and from the Ponda.

Preferably, I like the 300's better. More vision of the entire ice and nothing blocking. 200's offer a much closer perspective but sometimes stantions and other objects (namely people) can make it a hinderance. Row C is nice though sicne there are only 2 rows of people in front of you.
i will be in california in a couple of weeks and will go see a ducks game, i was wondering where i could see the players arrive before the game to maybe get an autograph from teemu selanne.
Hey guys, Oilers fan in PSP from Edmonton likely coming in to see the game tomorrow. Any ticket deals on right now or is it just best to hit the box office? Thank you!

Depending on how many people are with you you can check here.
How are the seats just off the glass at the Pond? 200's rows B or C... Worth the extra hooch, or should I just stick with the roof level seats?
Depends on what you prefer. We like to sit behind the goals to the side if we get seats down below. Up top you aren't as far away as some arenas so it is a great view too.
My brother just told me he has some unused Duck Dollars. Would the person whose name is on the voucher need to be present to redeem them, or can anyone just exchange them? Thanks

No you can just turn them in at the inside ticket booth and redeem the voucher. The only thing to remember is the duck dollars are only good till either Sunday or is it a week from Sunday...either case not very long.

Ut-oh. Anyone live near the Pond and up for doing me a favor? Just buy me some shirts or something and you can have 1/2 the total Duck Dollars. Think there's $120 total.

I'd be totally interested in it if you haven't found a taker yet.
I am a Winnipeg Jets fan hoping to make a trip down to Cali in the spring to catch the Jets road trip through LA, ANA, SJ, and was wondering if the kings or ducks offer shuttles between the two cities on game days.
if they don't, what is the best way to get around between the two places?

Any information would be great.
I see the LA game is first on the sked and the Ducks game is the day after. If you stay in LA and wake up the next morning, get on the road as soon as you can, if you wait, you'll be caught in pretty bad traffic going from LA to Anaheim. Also, if you're going to be with at least 1 other person, you can use the carpool lanes to get to Anaheim that will save you a TON of time.
You'll be taking 5 South from LA to Anaheim. The thing about 5 South is that you'll be driving thru 'crappy' areas for the first part of this trip, so, make sure you dont need to stop for a bathroom break or lunch. Get in the car in LA and don't stop till you get to Anaheim.
As far as getting from Anaheim to SJ, make sure when you wake up in the morning in Anaheim, you're feeling really ambitious, its a LONG drive.
A few friends are thinking of travelling from Winnipeg to Anaheim for the Ducks/Jets (and Kings/Jets) games in February 2013. Great Jets double-header in California, plus more importantly we get to see both our cities' beloved son Teemu again!
Any suggestions on good hotels near the Honda Center and good pre-gaming spots?
What are odds single game tickets will be available, or should we buy ASAP?
