You're not taking into account the fact that new york sports teams have significantly higher revenue streams than small market teams. He doesn't have to pinch pennies.

HD feed is blocked, games are only in SD. Same for CI.

I really don't care about the rest of MSG's programming in HD.

hmm - strange.

I get MSG HD with all the Ranger games on DirecTV and I didn't sign up for any special sports package or anything. Came standard.

Just sucks not having versus...
