Krajicek

It's been 5 games so far, so what are people's thoughts on him so far? I think he's been pretty solid. Makes simple plays, hasn't really made any glaring mistakes. Doesn't hurt that he's been playing with Timonen, but I think he's been good so far.

I try and watch him when he's on the ice, and he has really played very very well. Not many mistakes at all so far. His positioning can be weird sometimes, but he seems to do fine with it

I think he's played really well. He has a nice shot, his passing is good, and he hasn't made a lot of mistakes defensively.

So far, a very good pickup.

This. I've been keeping a particular lookout for him lately.

He had a couple good plays pinching from the point. I'm okay with that when Timonen is his safety net.

He's been pretty quiet honestly which isn't necessarily a bad thing. He threw some weight around behind our net twice tonight. That stuck out to me since he isn't known for his physicality. He can definitely skate well.

I like him so far. His first game he was very good. Since then I havent really noticed him which is a good sign. He'll do fine for a 5-6 defenseman.

I think him and Laviolette's system are a match made in heaven. I'm very happy Homer picked him up.

Kind of reminds me a little bit of Petr Svoboda. Makes nice little outlet passes, uses his speed effectively. Might make a very nice 4 or 5 guy. Time will tell of course, but early indications are extremely promising.

Also, I havent noticed Bartulis much lately, and coburn has been playing much much better the past few weeks. Maybe the defense is finally coming together.

I think he's great. Wish we could utilize that shot some more somehow.

I think he's been everything you could've asked. Seems to be an aware player, and that automatically gets you somewhere. Hope it continues to work out.

He's been a real pleasant surprise thus far, could see him and Parent being a clutch pairing for us come stretch time (assuming Parent can get healthy). Also, especially tonight, it seems like Coburn has stepped his play up as of late...maybe Krajicek lit a fire under his ass after getting his old slot

He has been great IMO. Sometimes he is out of position, but more often than not he recovers quick enough which is an awesome ability that someone like Coburn doesn't often possess.

He puts himself out of position a lot in the defensive zone and that's my only real complaint so far.

The team hasn't been burned with Krajicek out of position yet and hopefully they get him settled into the team system before someone takes advantage of Krajicek's positioning.

I think he's played great so far. I didn't see much of him until he's been here, but so far I like what I see.

He has been good. I have not noticed him, which is great at a d-man.

He has played within himself. Hasnt tried to to play beyond his capabilities. When he gets more comfortable i hope he continues to play a simple game. Made a few bad plays but that is to be expected. It was a no risk, decent reward singing that looks good.

He's been real solid. I haven't really noticed him, which is pretty much what you want from a third pair guy. Much more solid addition than Jaroslav Modry or Jim Vandermeer.

He did most of the game last night. I guess playing with Timonen makes him a second pair guy, but his minutes have been more or less in line with a 3rd pair guy.

Well, with Pronger and Timonen, plus Coburn and Carle, that makes sense

Good to hear. Barring Pronger, playing with Timonen is probably the easiest way for him to adjust to the team.
