The Slugs have been playing bad recently. That means we'll probably lose

I am developing an un-healthy mancrush on Sutter, too. I swear all his goals have come from within 15 feet of the crease.

The Wiz kid, with .1 seconds left. Must've had Jussi 'bless' his stick before the game

The best thing about those PP goals is that since Pitkanen and Corvo were both on the ice for them, they will be paired together on every powerplay for the rest of the game and the season (until Corvo is traded), which of course will result in a very terrible powerplay. Terrible powerplay = more losses = Taylor Hall.

Wow. Awesome finish to the period, even if it should be 3-2 right now.

Screw Aaron Ward. This is total double-talk. We all read the article about how bad he wants out of here. Man, he sucks.

PP is fun to watch these days... even when they wiff, the zone entry and puck movement are just impressive.

Anyone notice that Ruutu has been going for soft hip checks instead of taking his man to the boards? He looks very un-Ruutu like.

Sutter has 8 pp points in 50 games this season. Erik Cole has 10 in 100 games over the last two seasons.

Wonder who will get more powerplay time when Cole returns from injury?
