Someone should just email Shero the picture along with suggestions for trade deadline moves.

I would say that Germany is great, but the language is very difficult..

I see that your from Italia, and if you own a Munich jersey, you should - if you have the time - watch the championsleague game at wednesday, Florenz@Munich (Championsleague eighth final, first leg. the game will start at 2:45am eastern time. Munich might be one of the top 5 clubs in the world, atm. they won the last 9 games in the league and the last 14 or so overall (no draws). should be fun to watch.

btw. what name/number do you have on your jersey?..

I think about getting a new one with #17 Van Bommeln (absolutley love that guy, hard playing - always close to a red card, does everything for the team - he plays the way, I try to play, if I do (and I also did so, bevore I knew him ) - and when I play hockey I also have always had the 17, so it seems to be the obvious chioce.
Yeah, I'm Italian, Hungarian, and German. I have some cousins in Italy so I'll be rooting for them this summer in the World Cup.

The jersey I have doesn't have a name or number haha. One of my friends bought it for me when he visited Germany years ago. I'm not too familiar with all of the players in the Bundesliga or Serie A or B, but I try to watch some of the games shown on the Fox Soccer Channel and occasionally ESPN. I'd have to say one of my favorites on Bayern Munchen is Klose.

Klose does not play atm, that means since they bought Gomes for 35 000 000 bevore the season - and he most likley won't see any action any time soon, since there are some players ahead of him in the depth chart (at forward of course).

but our national coach loves Klose, so you'll see him at the WC

OK I've been lurking here a few days just reading. Getting back into hockey again (since i don't quite have the energy or time to follow it year round). I know I'm not a regular here and was sort of reluctant to post here but what the hell.

My father was a US Congressman when I was a kid. The following all happened as a result:
-- Ronald Reagan called my house and talked to my sister. He asked her to tell my dad that he called. lol
-- I 'appeared' on NBC nightly news, in US Magazine, the Washington Post and I was depicted in an editorial cartoon in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette when my father announced his retirement from office (long story).
-- I met Bowie Kuhn, Tip O'Niel, Jimmy Carter, Sugar Ray Leonard and probably a bunch of other people I can't remember

Independent of all that here are my claims to semi-fame:
-- Lynn Swann once shot me with a squirt gun
-- I met Bill Clinton
-- I've been quoted (by name) in the New York Times and been mentioned by name in The Nation, Wired.com, WSJ.com.
-- My (non-writing) work has been featured in the NYT, Wired and on CNN
-- I've published articles on HuffingtonPost, AlterNet and YahooNews
-- Jerry Olsavsky's dog tried to bite me on Walnut Street one time.
-- During the run up to the first gulf war I went to a protest at the SEI building and there was a picture of me an my girlfriend sitting on the street that ended up on the cover of some Communist weekly newspaper.

LOL -- should I delete it?

As for what one would get for figuring out who I am, well not sure what I can offer. lol. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if there is somebody here who knows me IRL. I'm not in PIttsburgh anymore, but I do have some friends there and there is one guy in particular who might be on here.

Also, I'm not that interesting that anybody would want to figure out who I am. You would be greatly disappointed. lol

My grandfather used to coach R.J. in football for Plum. My family has a signed Umberger Plum High jersey from him. Pretty cool. Also a couple of my friends played against Ryan Malone awhile back.

I frequently walk with Mr. McFeely at the dog park. His sons played hockey with my brother and Craig Patrick's sons (who at times coached the team)

Erik Johnson is my good friend's first cousin...and yes he does golf better than he drives a golf cart. My buddy has also hung out with Oshie and Perron (along with Big E of course).

As for me Aloynka Larionov is my facebook friend

I played on a junior team with Jeff Carter and met Bobby Orr several times (b/c it is his agent). In novice I went against Kyle Wellwood in a shootout competition at a tournament in Essex and beat him. Patrick O'Sullivan played on my junior team as well, but a different year. I bumped into Matthew McConnaughey at a beach in Hawaii and ran with him for a bit. I went to game 5 of the Stanley cup finals last year and my friend and I got interviewed for an article that was put on NHL.com (that is where my avatar is from). Pretty random.

Oh also Dustin Jeffrey's brother is one of my good friends and I know Dustin well.

Before my Western Civ class yesterday, a chick told me I remind her of Billy Zane. That counts, right?
