Old news and if you go look at the stats, Bulgaria scored only 1 goal in that qualification tournament while giving up 129. That's a -128 goal differential in 4 games.

They did better AFTER they pulled their goalie. Their D women made more damn saves lol. They were obviously not even close to the level, but the biggest issue seems to be goaltending here.

smitty, every federation has the right to play the olympics pre-qualification tourney. It should be the Bulgarian federation whom we should e asking why they would send their players, who can barely skate to face Div I/Div II teams.

What's disgraceful is how Slovakia is driving the puck to the net when they're up 78-0.. After about 7 or 8 nothing you might want to start dumping the puck in and killing time. Whats the point of beating someone THAT bad, i realize that margin of victory is important, but International hockey could impliment a +10 so that once you're beating someone by 10 goals or more it doesn't matter. Also the way they're celebrating at that score, like.. once you're up by a few goals, it's usually respectful to the game if you just appreciate your goal yourself and not throw your arms up and shout and so on. Also that contact near the end that caused the Slovakian player to feel warranted to wait till #13 for Bulgaria was skating away before hitting them from behind. This Slovakia women's team is pretty damn classy.. glad Canada demolished them

I dont know how these ruthless people can keep going after 10-0. I would instruct them not to score, remove one or two persons(including goalie) and train. But you cant embarrass people like that!

Oh my god.. they cant even skate well.. no wonder if hockey wont grow big in europe. They should not play this kind of stuff officially.. this doesnt look like hockey. The goalie has been playing too much NHL 11 and just stands there and does nothing.. and players cant skate and stuff. Did bulgaria get a shot on goal?
