What do YOU think the oilers will do?

I notice a lot of oiler threads on the trade rumors and proposals thread and it brought to my attention that the general consensus is that the oil will only make trades for picks prospects etc. I just want to know from the oiler fans on this board what they think is going to happen.

Not much.

Honestly, I think that the Deadline overall is going to be dead. I hope I'm wrong though.

Not much.

I think yet again Kevin Lowe and Tambo will show their inability to do their jobs. And not much of anything will get done. They will feed the fans the same generic BS they always do, and the fans will in turn buy up all the season tickets and watch another redundant season.

As long as Kevin Lowe is involved in the organization, I do not think anything will change.

I think that the oilers hands will be tied for two years. I predict the oilers will move Grebs to free up some money.

Also, I predict a culling on the 3rd and 4th line--MAP and a few others get kicked to the curb

We're going to trade our first to get rid of Ethan, likely.

So even after the owner came out and said the ball was in Tambellini's hands people are still going to continue blaming Lowe . Sweet .

I think Moreau is gone for sure . Beyond that I don't see much happening until the offseason .

I don't think it's a stretch that this will be a part of the overall perception until the day he's no longer employed by the Org, or Katz.

I'm also of the opinion that attrition is about all Tambo will be able to accomplish. That should take, oh, about 3-4 years give or take.

That is, if he still has a job after next season.

wow, doesn't that make me quite the pessimist...
