I like his show. Just can't stand when they get really OT with that wedding garbage. I just switch the station. It's just like when I sometimes (very rarely) turn on 91.7 Bounce. I think 80% of my 30-40 min drive is the annoying hosts talking, etc.

I turned to some newer one, but forgot the name. 101.7 or something. Play a lot of music when you're in the mood.

Gregor has full right to feed Brownlee a big fistfull of CROW after Canada vs. Russia.

JG called it 99% and I can't see how Canada could have played better.

I listen to 1260 all work day and I find most of the hosts good. I don't count Meg as a host. Rome gets annoying with the repeating of sound clips.

Kyle Chase is the only one I find a bit annoying. His use of hockey terms like he is in a locker room or on the ice is annoying. ie. celly for celebration and ginos and apples. Dude you are not on the ice, some use of them is ok but he does it constantly like he was a pro hockey athlete. And have you heard about his brother. Cause we sure get to be reminded of it all the time. He just seems to think he is a bit better than us average joes.

I agree with you, his favourite thing is to name drop. Pretty self indulgent guy who doesn't really spark much thought or discussion. I do however like neilson, he's a good fit for the morning show.

Chase was pretty much the only person outside of the 403 area code who thought it was no big deal when the Flames org. jumped the queue to get H1N1 shots. Knowing his background, I suggested in an e-mail that he sounded like a hockey elitist. The guy's body isn't that thin but his skin sure is. My e-mails to the N&C Show have been blocked ever since.
