I think they've shown him on TV every Canada game World Juniors and Olympics so far. I also saw in person walking around the concourse at the World Junior New Year's Eve game vs the States.

I don't want to sound like a jerk, but I think he might be slow (mentally)

To the poster above who said 'he is slow'

I met him at the Swiss/Canada game and he is a super cool guy

Runs his own company and handed me his card

He does get paid to work the games and buys and sells tickets also

His company name on his card is 'Dash Tours' and can be found with a simple google search

Anyway - he was super cool to everyone around him and just loves hockey

Lol at the people calling him mentally challenged, and for some reason I keep visualizing him reading this thread and getting all sad because people think he's slow.

Nope

But if I was I'd have front row seats to the Gold Medal game and be sweating profusely throughout as he was against the Swiss

Good guy though

A guy who was able to monetize the act of cheering at a hockey game - sounds pretty smart to me

Just a thought.
Where do you apply for this job? Is the pay good?

"Canadian Ice Hockey"...I always find that funny...like field hockey, road hockey or ball hockey are so popular we need to clarify we aren't talking about them.

What's with the 3/4 swastika as an avatar?

Look at the thread in this section called "Canada: This is OUT HOUSE". It's a misspelling of "OUR HOUSE".

Also, that IS Dave Ash as far as I know. He's always on for Roughrider (CFL) games as well. The thing that caught me was the "Sky of Blue, Sea of Green/Red" sign he carries around depending on the venue.
