Looking at that list, it is pretty sad. West Palm Beach at #11, Ft.Myers at #23, etc.....No San Jose. And boy, Buffalo sure do love their hockey - always one of the top markets.
Actually West Palm Beach and Ft. Myers can be explained away: they are hotbeds for Canadian snowbirds, usually elderly canadians who live in Florida during the winter.
What should tick off people like myself who want hockey to be more relevant in the Bay Area is markets like Kansas City and Austin doing much better than the Bay Area for this game. Could even throw Denver into the mix considering the Nuggets were playing the Lakers at virtually the same time.

Great game to watch, the main boards are becoming a bit unbearble it seems every other thread is designed to take a shot at sharks players or the franchise itself. Rather annoying actually oh well, Glad to see 5 sharks got a medal exactly what I wanted to happen.
