Contrast that with NBC, where Bob Costas just said to Al Michaels that with all due respect to any SuperBowl or World Series he has been at, the game was the greatest thing he has been at.

and Al Michaels saying "Hockey played at its best, is always THE best"

Incredible game. Of course Crosby was going to score the clinching goal, just like Lemieux and Gretzky did before him while playing on Team Canada. Historic moment, it wasn't easy and it was great that way.

GO CANADA GO!!!!!

Thanks for that Whitesnake, I think that just proved a point I said a year ago. If the habs win the cup, someone somewhere will still complain.

So pathetic, I guess he's still mad Lecavalier didn't make the team.

Gaston Therrien is the biggest moron on RDS. Did he also say that Patrice Bergeron should have won tournament MVP?

If I were them, I would do everything in my power to go, even if I had to leave after I walked into the stadium, but I would never miss entering that stadium tonight.

Canada won, but a big thanks has to go to the Toews/Nash/Richards line and the Crosby combo too, along with the young D-corps...Luongo and Pronger scared the crap out of me, one was shakey and the other was a pylon.

Glad to see the Boys pull it out!
