Which young core is better, USA or Canada?

Not meant to start up any type of bad blood after this game or have any ...whats the word....angry arguments I guess. Just a argument on going forward who do you think has the better young core overall.

I think so, Miller is obviously the better goalie this year, but Luongo has been better through his career.

Both farm high quality players so its like splitting hairs now. 20 years ago there would be a difference but not now.

how is this an issue,.. 5 straight world jr golds vs what have you done for me lately 1 world jr gold in OT

clearly USA is dominant... I mean canada is so bad they send their juniors staright to the NHL as punishment, so they miss their last year of jr eligibilty.

Canada just has way more guys. I think this Olympics certainly showed that the USA is on the right track, though. This may have been the last olympics where the U.S. was not a favorite going in.

How can Hall even be on that list? He hasn't even played a single NHL game. This guy couldn't even come up big in the WJC.

No offense meant, but this isn't close at all. Canada has by far the better young core.

Canada has Drew Doughty. Nuff said.

Canada still has the best young core of any country but the USA has an amazing young core as well. It just happens that the US's best stage of development for hockey talent is coming at the same time Canada is producing talent like it's easy.

Players have both sides have already been competing against one another for awhile now already. It won't stop anytime soon.

We should all be excited.

canada imo.

leaving stamkos off the team? no other nation has the depth to do that.

up and coming stars... john tavares, jordan eberle, taylor hall, etc.

imagine a TAVARES - CROSBY - STAMKOS line down the road...
