Did you develop any new Man-crushes @ Vancouver '10?

It's great to see all the Doughty love. He's been playing this way RIGHT when he got to the NHL, and a bunch of you called us kings fans crazy when we said that he should have won the Calder. his "point production" was his downfall... Dude wasn't even nominated and that was a pretty big slap in the face. Nonetheless, it's great to finally see DD's well deserved props.

new mancrushes in order:
Ryan Kesler
Patrick Kane
Jon Toews
Zach Parise
Hiller & Miller
Zucca // Wick // Vikingstad

Now hopefully that LEXUS commercial w/ the palm-muted acoustic guitar riff can leave my life.

Doughty, Weber, Kesler, Parise, Brown (he's faster than I give him credit for)

Was already a huge Mike Richards fan, but I'm proud of the effort he brought to the game. Energy every shift.

Only one new mancrush.

Miikka Kiprusoff - Don't know why but all the hate he got just made me cheer for him so badly. I'ts kinda weird, but I like the guy now more than before the Olympics. I liked the guy before but now it turned into a mancrush. He didn't have the best tournament ever, but had three good games, one where he wasn't really tested and a bad one.

No man crushes, but Erika Lalwer... Shwing!

As far as guys who grew on me more: Ryan Kesler. I always thought he was OK, but this guy is a so much too handle for an opposing team, I'd love Montreal or Phoenix to pick him up.

Parise, Suter, Weber, Doughty, Kesler, Wick, Vikingstad (greatest name ever), Hiller, Streit

That's it off the top of my head. Already liked Parise, Weber and Kesler, but I'd probably put them in the "one of my favorites" category now.. haha

Team USA. They're damn good. Can't wait to see their young guns develop and put on a show in 4 years.

I knew toews was a good player, but i disliked kane and put toews in the same boat by association.

wow, what a player. along with parise, doughty, miller, and the slovaks in general.

also a lot of respect lost for ovechkin

Rick Nash for me with Honorable mention going to Doughty/Weber

Best name of the tournament: Vikingstad.

I'm sure that has been said countless times so far though

I loved Doughty before the tournament... and ya... he is the ****, will be the best dman in the league within 2-3 years.

Parise showed he is a primetime performer as well, liked him

I never been a Sid hater... but never really cheered for the guy... but I gotta have love for him doing what he did, winning it for Canada

And Shea "I put the puck through the net" Weber

Already had mancrushes on a number of players...but Toews took it to a whole 'nother level

Same thing with Doughty. I knew he was good, but didn't realise he was that good already

It has got to be Toews. I really like him before, now it is unreal how much I highly rate this guy.

As much as I hate to say it, Shea Weber, this guy has got a sick shot and was arguably Canada's best defensmen. Doughty was impressive too.

Thornton disappointed me. As much as I hate them Getzlaf and Perry were really good.

Oh, and my "man-crush" for Rafalski was re-ignited during this break :p

Jonathan Toews. I always thought he was overrated but that was before I realized he was a hockey-playing robot, sent from the future to win faceoffs, play incredible defense and make huge plays.
