What in the hell was McClellan doing putting Demers out there in the last minute with the game on the line? Good lord that was a terrible decision.

Too little, too late guys. Make an effort a little sooner next time.

San Jose Sharks. Such a tease. I'm not too concerned with this game. Both teams scored in bunches and didn't look like there usual selves. Nabby needed to have one of those high glove shots.

Time to move on to the next game.

You were too lazy, like the team, to do the right things...like posting a GDT early. Jerk.

Bah, you put the GDT thread up early. I say better to put it up the next morning than the day before!

that offside call was really bad. settled down the game for the devils and they were able to waste the last bit of time.

I did a freeze frame with Tivo and that last offside call was terrible. Sharks got screwed. Where were the powerplays for the Sharks too? Not like the Devils weren't committing penalties.

it was a bad call, but there's no way to skirt around those 4 goals. some real softies, and a few just playing like they needed to tie it in the 2nd or nothing.

You'd think eventually he'd give up the whole puck management spiel. It's not an accident that Joe Thornton is the leading scorer and the leading giveaway guy. And it's tough to ask guys like Douglas Murray and Ryane Clowe to not cough the puck up when the top guys don't play the way they expect them to.

This team just isn't that good with the puck and they're just not that good against good teams. They never have been. They're probably not going to be either with what they have.

Maybe if Nabby sucks a lot less and the team actually drives the net prior to being down by four goals, they can win these games. The problem is that when the game is in the middle stages now, they get complacent. There was a time where this team was the best 2nd period team in the NHL and now they've been starting off well and with good energy and then the intermission hits and they don't adjust and don't continue the drive.

That's the season for you. Hopefully, they put it together when the playoffs start.

I don't know where to find it, but does anyone know the Sharks record when they score first and when the don't score first?

I don't recall many come from behind victories this season.

Point being, we need to take the game to the other team- we need some individual efforts. I swear, Thornton and Marleau play like girls 75% of the time, and the best players in the world 25% of the time. It's like they don't want to get out of their comfort zone. Break that line up and don't put them back together for quite a while.

Well the Devils are known for playing good for 40 or 50, and like **** for 10 or 20 - been our downfall all season long. You guys capitalized on what really was a 40 minute game - both teams looked meh after the 1st and rightfully so after the Olympics, and despite the 2nd by us, came right back and woke our ***** right up in third.

You guys got a scary explosive team, part of me wants to not see you again, but part of me thinks we may meet in the Finals. If so invest in Maalox.

I'm sure a lot of these players worked on the gameplan for this game for a long time too but if you don't apply it properly, you're still a jerk! lol

At least I warned you guys beforehand that I will not apply it properly.

Nice to see Setoguchi score. I learned to hate the Burger line, so I'm glad to see it get separated. With the way Patty has been playing, I don't think he'll score 50 this season.

Way back in October - December, that's all the Sharks did was win the game from behind. They were almost never the first team to score.

1st in the West vs. 2nd in the East? Not really that far fetched.

Jerk. lol

Seto's going to be fine. Marleau will be too. It's pretty much the same for all the scorers. Drive the net. Be aggressive. Shoot the puck. The guys that have struggled or are struggling, the symptoms are all the same. Once they pick it up, it turns around. Marleau's just got to get his head out of his ass and be aggressive again.

I wish he had an "A" on his jersey, so we could strip him off that too.
