I think 25 games is being kind. I've always liked Kilger...his potential and that fact that he seems to be a good guy. But the main reason he is now playing for his 7th team since 1995-96 can be summed up in a word: inconsistency. When he first came over to Montreal from Edmonton he was great. If anything his increased ice time with the Leafs points to a lack of depth among their forward ranks. Healthy depth right now anyway.
