Kings @ Stars: Post Game Thoughts and Exaggerations About Bernier

The Stars can't beat us.

No matter how hard they try.

Bernier was VERY good. The future looks good. LOVE the save of Erikkson.

Brown. Pass. Please.

I'm continuing to be a genius for Modin and won't be letting anyone forget it anytime soon.

GO KINGS!

Did bernier stand on his head?

I was hoping he would get the start and am glad he did. I did not get to watch the game but did listen to it on the radio. I know he did well but how well? Did he look like the guy we all hope he would be?

Good game, from what I saw. Stars have been playing better as of late....so glad to see Bernier play well. I hope he gets the #1 star....

It did turn out to be pretty good. It was still very boring for the most part though. By the way, I knew Stoll was going to get the game winner for you guys. Every round of the shootout, I was looking right at the screen, but when I heard stoll, I already had the facepalm going. So either I jinxed Turco, or I'm just able to predict his fail after seeing it so much this season, haha.
It picked up in the third. I was turning blue with all the chances the Stars had. You guys can win the next 5 at home, it's fine by me.

Dallas looked great defensively. Kings looked solid. I like Modin. Quick must be a little nervous

It was definitely all about the goaltending tonight. Nice outing for Bernier.

They're not going to be able to keep Bernier out of the NHL for very much longer.

Rocking! Next year we are going to have one hell of a goalie battle. Hope we can stay sane through it!

How about we give a little love to Jones for saving a goal?

Our goaltending, for the first time in a LONG time (maybe even ever) is set. Quick and Bernier will likely be one of the best if not the best tandem in the league in a couple years....hopefully even next year.

I'd rather just have us continue to lose (IN REGULATION damnit, lol) so we can get a better draft pick. Although I don't really see us having a shot at Fowler anyways. Our defense is just beyond horrible. If we had Johnson or Doughty, we could just dismember them, lay their body parts on the ice and they'd do better than our defense this season, lol.

hang on to him, he's going to be a STUD! I don't know for the life of me how you guys are going to be able to get Quick and Bernier quality minutes next year. I also hear you guys have Zatkoff backing up Bernier in Manchester? You guys are stacked.

The Kings and the Coyotes are the two "feel good" stories of the NHL this year. Hands down.

Nice outing by JB. Just gives me goose bumps to think of the future.
DL (and JDM -- every dog has its day) get props for picking up MO-deen.

TM got lucky to get 2 points. Watching Jones is painful. He is dangerously bad. OD is looking not too much better. What could possbily be the harm in letting DD44 get sometime? There is NO WAY he is as bad as Jones. I say Let Petey and DD44 start on sunday. Its a day (morning really) game vs. Nashville. We arent even expected to win those games!

That last save on Benn in the shootout was impressive. Very fast recovery to take away the holes. Bernier was one of only a few Kings who showed up tonight.
