Hmmm...good point made on HNIC that Carkner may be under orders not to fight tonight if the Sens are short on d-men due to the flu. I hope that's not the case though.
Ah, no, he fell on top of Schenn, can't say anything more on that.
I guess that's what constitute "beating up" these days.
I was kind of worried for Carkner going into this game, kind of happy he didn't get knocked out again. Wouldn't want another Carkner pregrame segment with his family again, this time crying about violence in hockey.
Nice of him to give Neil's knuckles a break, it's usually Neil's job to beat up Schenn.
I could say the same the other way. Oh, and do you mean when Neil won that fight against Schenn last year? The one where he was a rookie? Facing a bigger, and much more experienced player who fights regularly? As far as i recall, Schenn did fairly well.

Neil has fought Schenn twice and beat him each time. It's Donovan's turn I guess. Maybe it'll be Winchester's turn in the second.

Do you have reading comprehension issues? Not sure how you got that from my post. You are aware they've squared off 3 times before? Too bad Orr didn't man up this time.

Sure do. Don't be so butthurt because he fed Carkner a few with the zebras holding him. **** happens, it's not like a Senator hasn't done that before.

Oh sorry for my mistake. The point clearly being, Neil has been a fighter in this League for years, Schenn is a sophomore, but whatever helps you sleep at night i guess. And i'm assuming you had a camera angle that the rest of us didn't for the Schenn fight? Seeing as you are judging the winner/loser of a fight that was only showed for a few seconds.

Who cares, let him have his little moral victory with Schenn. Everyone can beat him up.
Why would Neil who is a middleweight, and can actually play hockey fight Colton Orr, who is probably the best heavyweight in the league?
Why not? I guess a middleweight has never taken on a heavyweight in the history of the NHL. It happened for the first time the other night with Orr/Lucic (for those who consider Lucic a middleweight). Neil's a good scrapper, if he can throw down with guys like Brashear, why not Orr?
