He was injured for a while and when he came off IR, he was sent down to Manchester.

I'd be happy if Jones was just on the PP to help add scoring... He's got a good shot. He's just so gimpy on defense..

Martinez is in the AHL, and yes, Jones sucks. Most of us wonder why he plays too.

How many times did the puck go through Johnson?

Hey I just saw John Torechetti. Probably one of my favorite Kings coaches of all time.

Is this a different PBP guy? He sounds like Tom Hanks.

Yes. It's Nick Nickson who normally calls the Kings games on radio. Bob Miller is out ill with shingles.

How many times did the puck go off Johnson, Jones, Greene or hop off Kopitar or Smyth's stick? It reminds me of the Nashville game but they kinda got it going at the end.

Kings only down 1 at the end of the 1st? I'll take it.

Well... the Kings got out of that period relatively unscathed all things considered. Hopefully they can tie it up in the 2nd.

Shaky start, especially with the early penalties. We grabbed some momentum at the end of the period, now lets get the equalizer to start the 2nd.

It's a one thing losing the puck in the offensive zone and completely different when you lose it in your own zone.

Btw: I guess there is a minimum team weight required to be allowed to play in the NHL, I mean there has to be a reason we are dressing Ivanans, right?

He dropped about 25 pounds before the Draft, and you can tell he's put some of it back on even just comparing the chubbiness in face at the Draft and now.

Quick looks great. You should trade Bernier to the Hawks in offseason

My god... I just realized that the Capitals just clinched their division with the point they just earned heading in to OT. With a MONTH still to play. They have a 32 point lead in their own division.

LOL... fat chance.

We're well aware of Huet. He's done an unbelievable job of marketing himself as a #1 goalie when he clearly isn't. Good for him getting paid and all, but he is NOT a #1 goalie. Numbers be damned... he is as anti-clutch as they get.
