Nice. His name sounds familiar for some reason.

Big kid, I like that. Needs to add some weight though by the looks of it. Look forward to reading more on him, I know absolutely nothing to comment any more on the subject.

I'm pretty sure he just signed with the Marlies, not the Leafs.

Well, capgeek is pretty reliable, and they broke down a two year deal.... A couple of days ago it was just an ATO i think.

Build from the crease out man. NJD day it when they built their Brodeur-Stevens dynasty. Colorado's dynasty did the same.

Only major dynasty I can think of that didn't is the 70's oilers and the wings

If the Leafs had signed a player, there probably would have been a news release.

The only one I can find is the one about him signing to the Marlies.

I like the signings of Drew Paris and Simon Gysbers. Big guys with offensive upside. Definitely better than signing vets who have no chance at NHL careers.

Figured out why the name is familiar. There was a Dutch speedskater named Simon Kuipers at the Olympics. First name the same, last name sounds familiar.
Thank god I can sleep tonight.

Burke just talked about him on Hockeycentral. Signing to be announced soon. They like his size, hockey sense and think very highly of him. He will play with the Marlies this year.
