Trade for him in the offseason.

Not that he's available.

Any other year that goes in for Vanek.

really? i thought he's looked real shakey, maybe it's because compared to lalime anything is amazing but we've mostly shot it right into him.

Good to see a lot of wristers instead of the usual wind up and shoot it into the PKer's legs.

He's made saves on at least 2 or 3 real good deflections. He's looked real good.

We somehow have the best and worst goaltending in the league.

Awards:
Not surprising, only three hits for the Sabres for the period. Typical limp physical effort in a game they probably figured they could ice-dance through against a team on the second night of a back-to-back. What a puss effort.

Buffalo excels at making backup fodder appear Vezina worthy.

that would seriously make my year. I know a lot of it is the handling of the backup by Lindy. But I have never despised a goalie in Buffalo as much as I do with Lalime. I would seriously take any backup in this league over him

this is what i was talking about when i started the thread on the PP, the entries and the retrieval of the puck have been horrible.

The goals he let in tonight have nothing to do with how the backup is handled.
