Nice play by Carle and much better period by the boys.
Let's come out strong in the 3rd Flyers!

I totally agree. Which is why I'm not freaking out totally about the goalie situation. I'm worried about our backup a lot more now, but regardless of whether Leighton was healthy or not Lavvy was just going to ride the starter all the way through the playoffs anyway.

Yeah he really is. It's funny to me that apparently the Dallas dressing room wanted Avery out, but they apparently love Ott.

Tampa, NYR, Ottawa, and Boston all lost in regulation so this will be the heart-breaker of heart-breakers if we lose this game.

I'm really liking Leino in this game. We need to give him another game to see if he can be consistent instead of swapping players out with him.

Also, Gagne is playing with some fire tonight. I like it.

Agreed re: Ottawa since Flyers can vault into 5th with a win, but the others are chasing the Flyers. Missing putting a nail in the coffin? Yes. Mega heartbreak? No.

And NJ loses in the shoot-out to Taranna.

Gagne has factored in on both of the goals tonight and has, what...7 goals in 8 games?

Where are all the haters?

Therien said Turco (ex-team mate) told him "If you hear of anything this summer (goalie needs), tell people to keep me in my mind."

If Therien then told him, "Don't ask for anything north of 3 mill," I might be alright with that.
