These are the Top 4 to me, in no particular order....

NJ - Some boom bust action forsure with just about all 5 of them, but the if they BOOM, you've got a sick set of young players:

Nikita Filatov
Kyle Turris
Jonathan Bernier
Brandon Kozun
Ryan Ellis

Pitt: This one is probably the best, it's tough because there are 4 dmen in the group...but a great set of prospects

John Tavares
Victor Hedman
Dmitry Kulikov
Oliver-Ekman Larsson
Dylan Olsen

Wsh: Also a great mix.
Evander Kane
James Van Riemsdyk
Magnus Paajarvi
Mikael Backlund
Jacob Markstrom

Atl: Mdon and Boedker may bust, but even so you have a potential future Norris and Vezina candidate and a PPG 1st line winger in Boychuk, hard to ignore

Tyler Myers
Tuukka Rask
Zach Boychuk
Mikael Boedker
Ryan McDonough

I believe my Washington are the best out there. But Pittsburgh might get the edge over me since they got Hedman and Tavares.

But don't forget I got the Top netminder coming up in Jacob Markstrom, then I got JVR,MPS,Evander Kane and M. Backlund. I also got plenty more top prospect in P.K. Subban,Brassard and many more.

I vote for Washington

I had a really hard time choosing your top 5 because of the depth you have, if it was top 10 prospects i'd vote for Washington for sure but with a top 5 of Tavares and Hedman it's a no brainer IMO.

In all honesty I think it will be the same 5 or 6 GMs that voted consistently during the power rankins that vote regulary during this as well.

If this is something the league seriously wants to do maybe taking it to the polls section would be a good idea. If it is something that is just to keep activity up, I think you will just get the same GMs voting regularly and maybe some guys casting a vote when they feel like it.

I dont know if your interested in doing this or not but maybe try to set up a playoff pool, where say 1st and 2nd place teams get the 31st pick in the draft. 3-5 get a extra 2nd round pick, having a "reward" or something like that could keep some of the gms who you dont expect to particpate regularly interested. For the ones who do particpate, it will just be icing on the cake if they get it and would participate whether they were getting the extra pick or not
