Right now, Pietrangelo and Karlsson would probably be taken over Doughty.

Devil's Advocate: Eberle is a product of Nuge and Hall. Two future superstars if you gauge by past 1st overalls.

It seems more like the opposite. Even while Hall and RNH were struggling Eberle was raking in the points.
There's a reason he leads the team and is above PPG.

He'd be right around six or seven.
Stamkos, Doughty, Karlsson, Pietrangelo, and Myers would be the five to probably go ahead of him, but an argument could be made for lumping him in there with any of the latter three defensemen.

6-10 is a great spot for him at this point in time.

In every thread rating Hall, RNH, and Eberle, they are always a product of the other two

I'd take him 3rd overall at this point. On arguably the worst team in the league he's a point per game player.
Watch our powerplay get nothing done with him out of the picture.

It's kind of sad that Eberle was able to have a stretch where he put up 28 points in 20 games and the Oilers only came away with 5 wins in that time. Such a waste of a hot streak...

I would take him at 4.
(Other 3 are Stamkos, Petro, and Karlsson. Doughty at 5)

I feel a bit dirty about agreeing with a nucks fan but I am right there with you. I believe Petro is the most complete player out of the two (he can also physically dominate a game).

5. Eberle
