Theo Peckham

Dan Tencer is reporting that Peckham has suffered a separated shoulder.
From Tencer's Twitter:
Separated shoulder on Peckham...no word on timeline because of serious swelling inhibiting diagnosis.

Separated shoulder, that's exactly what I was saying to my buddy at the game. He went straight to the locker room.

Ok as of today there were 433 Man games lost, I am not sure if that was counting today's game or not and now with Peckham out more than likely for the rest of the season that would add on 80 more games not counting POS so that is 513 man games lost by the end of the year If POS is out for another couple then the Oilers could potentially have 520 man games lost by the end of the year.

I hope I never have to witness that much injury to a team I cheer for ever again.

I think we've been saying that for three years now.

I've been trying my hardest to be optimist since 1994.16 years and counting.

Beyond awesome and despite not having any pro experience I do believe that he's still the best option for us. Or reward Arsene and send him to Springfield to play with Eberle.

And get a fat bonus check and make NHL dollars. Personally, I'd play him only 2-3 NHL games to give him a taste.... call up Motin/Arsene for the rest.

And after your season-ending injury on the third shift you can draw an NHL paycheque from the couch!

Well, hopefully Peckham is 100% for next year's training camp, at least. I'd hate to see a shoulder injury nag yet another one of our players for an extended period of time.
