Lundmark's inability to take a hit makes him look smaller than he is. He has that crouched skating style but he can't stay up to save his life.

I hope so.... It'd be cool to see him on a line with Jagr next year because it sounds like they have good chemistry at worlds.... can you say Calder?

I hope so too. From what I've been reading, there is no reason why Sather shouldn't sign him, bring him over and put on him on a line with Jagr. If and when he comes to camp, I have a feeling that he'll open up some eyes. Give us something to excited about. I think the Rangers have a legitimate top 2-line sniper. I've been keeping tabs on Petr Prucha for months now and he has definitely taken on the "hidden gem" or "darkhorse" label. From those Rodent articles and postings it looks like Prucha (packaged?) may have been or will be talked about in a possible trade for Ovechkin. Jagr seems to be forming a chemistry with Prucha already like you said. Even if it's for Ovechkin, I wouldn't like to see Prucha go. And that is without seeing him play a single game with the Rangers. My only gripe with Prucha is his size and weight. But he still is developing, which is a plus. In two years I would love to see a line of:
Jagr-Immonen-Prucha
Just to see how they play. If Lundmark is not traded I would like to see him move to LW just to get him scoring a little:
Lundmark-Holik-Balej
I'm all for Barnaby returning. I think he loves New York, loves the Rangers and would love to be part of this rebuild. IMO...I think with the resources that they have the Rangers can rebound quicker than other teams.
I'm also in favor of trading Lundmark and or Poti only if it means landing someone like Olesz/Barker. Personally, it would be great if the Sather stayed at #6 and lands Ladd and tries to move up with our 2nd 1st-rounder. I hope to god Dunham is not on this team. I think Lundqvuist is and wants to play for the Rangers. If Poti is dealt I wouldn't mind Sather going out and getting a guy like Gauthier if Kondratiev isn't ready. But he should be. I would like to see Immonen/Prucha/Wiseman/Moore/Kondratiev and Lundqvuist on the strating roster next season. If there is a season. How about this:
Rucinsky-Holik-Balej
Jagr-Immonen-Prucha
Murray-Betts-Barnaby
Wiseman-Moore-Ortmeyer
Kasparaitis-Rachunek
Kondratiev-Tyutin
Pock-Lampman
Lundqvuist-Mclennan-Valiquette

Might be a good first step. I don't know if they'll win a ton of games and make the playoffs. Too many variables. New CBA?, contracts?, different rules?, Islanders dismantling?
Anyway, my head is starting to hurt.
Sather. Don't F' this up. Do your HW!!!
I forgot Pavel Bure???Eric Lindros???
