Bullcrap.

Darche brings so much more to the table than Lapierre of late. Glad I'm not watching the game.

It's great to see Mike Cammalleri and Marc-Andre Bergeron back in the lineup, but I really wish it wasn't at the expense of scratching Darche. I'd prefer we scratch Lapierre or send down Pyatt.

The Hbs could use another forward who shoots right, and I don't mean White.

In looking at these past 2 games, I see staleness. The Habs need something to shake them up. While Halak hasn't played badly, he was outplayed in each game by the opposing goaltender. Time for Price to come in?

That's what Ive been saying. The conspiracy buff always comes out everyone once in a while. we suck on the PP we get all kinds of chances, we score 2 of 3 and all of a sudden the ref misses high sticks, slashes... etc

Is it possible that 2 days makes such a huge difference? Bergeron and Cammelleri really couldn't have played vs the Stupid Sens.

I'm no doctor but if they can play Wed why not Monday

we should really be scratching AK. He is the weakest link on the team right now. Replace him with his brother and replace Pyatt with Cammy, then put Pyatt on a line with Moore and Laps.

If the habs want to get the most out of their team, they have to keep akost in the lineup. Yes, he's not playing well right now, but to kick him out even before trying to re-ignite the fire that made the cammy-pleks-akost line the best on the team is quite ridiculous.

You guys remember the prime days of A.K - Plek - Cammy? Everytime that trio got on the ice , something BIG happened. Either a goal, or a huge chance. It was truly a magical line.

Yes, I hear it reminds the historians of Richard, Toe Blake and Lach.

Let's hope Cammy's return will bring a big time spark to that line and they'll be magical once again.

Lapierre is 6'2", 207.
Trotter is 5'10", 185.

Lapierre is now first in hits in our team (ahead of Moen... while sucking farts) and third in bks among forwards.
And is is depite having less TOI/G than Moore, Pacioretty, Metropolit (he only has more TOI than Darche, Latendresse,White and D'Agostini).

For me AHL numbers seems similar (Trotter has good stats recently but nothing to be a NHL top-6).
Lapierre is bigger and more physical and he also did a 15 goals season.
I don't remember Trotter being very fast.
Do Trotter plays PK (Penalty Kill).

My guess is that Lapierre is much ahead of Trotter at this point and Brock needs to steal his spot.

Given that Trotter is not that physical, he needs to be ahead of Desharnais to even claim some TOI in NHL.
Lapierre is having his worst season in four season and he is way ahead of Pyatt, White, Trotter and all.

The guy who could try to go after Lapierre spot is White but he does not score.
Lapierre doesn't do the necessary things on a nightly basis, and quite frankly isn't worthy of the CH in my mind. I don't like him as a player, probably never will.

I like Trotter because of his grit, and his style of play. I won't tell you he'll be a better player than Lapierre, but I like what he brings more often than not in his young career.

I wouldn't mind seeing White up either, I really have no desire to watch Lapierre at this point.
