I'm with Dave, I'd also rather Ronnie back in the front office. I was liking the idea of him learning the duties of being in management on a day-to-day basis. I also like the idea of him as the next GM of this team. Some do, some don't. I think he's got the mind for it and I'd personally like to see what he could do putting a team together. Though I feel the day JR is no longer GM may be a little ways away just yet.

Marty St. Louis knows what's best for this franchise.

The lines aren't here to cause no trouble, they're just here to do the Coach Mo shuffle.

Doesn't Nittymaki have a ridiculous record against us? At least, recently.

I think this can be expanded to "don't Tampa backups have a ridiculous record against us?" I'm just remembering time after time of Holmqvist being the reincarnation of Tretiak against us, and seemingly being not able to beat any other team in the league.

^^^ In the pregame crap they showed that he was like 7-2-?-? against us with around a 2.20 GAA and .910 sv%

^ I don't even know who's on each line at this point. Cole, LaRose, and Jokinen have all at some point been on the Staal line in the 2nd.

I have no idea what his record is against us, but fun fact: Niittymaki is 13-0-0 against Atlanta.

Man, if Konopka can't handle Harrison there's no wonder he has so many Penalty Minutes. None of the heavyweights in this league would be at all afraid to fight him.

Rosey?! wow, recall the tank battalion.

Nittymaki's brain fart lets us back in... man, didn't Samsonov used to be fast? He was chugging hard out of the box but he wasn't making great time.

I am frequently frustrated with Cole and LaRose. Right this minute, I am not. (That doesn't rule out becoming so later on though.)

Pitkanen just set a team record for points by a defenseman with 45. (Note: this means since the team moved to NC, so the Whaler stats aren't included).

Cole and LaRose are showing up just in the nick of time to prevent us from getting Seguin. They don't want him taking their spots on the team.

Wasn't Niitymaki the one that let in 2 goals seconds apart a few years back against Pittsburgh because he was too busy watching the first one on the jumbotron?

Cole and LaRose lost their inspiration to fail in A. Ward. Without his guidance, they are lost to play like real NHL'ers
