it is kinda weird seeing how Harrold hasn't played in a while either.

Who cares? Its all semantics, we know how much ice time they'll wind up getting.

Agree about Greene, he is so valuable to this team, Clune on the other hand is over matched at the NHL level.

No idea why we are going back to Harrold at forward over Parse.

If TM is sooooo concerned about 44DD that he needs to insert Harrold...then just insert Harrold on D and leave Clune at the wing.

There's no need to have both 44DD and Harrold in the lineup.

It's moves like this that drives me crazy.

Same here. No logic at all to Murray's roster decisions.

Greene is big on the PK and in defensive situations. Drewiske is in so he can eat up some PK time. Just tossing Harrold into a Greene role is not among his strengths.

This is a stupid move. They lose a major physical aspect from the lineup so you then take out another one?

On top of that, if you don't feel comfortable with Drewiske then just put Harrold in on defense. If Clune has to be taken out, put a real forward back into the lineup in Parse.

2nd game of a home and home with playoff implications and you castrate the roster. Awesome move Murray. This from the same guy who routinely iced Ivanans against the Wings...so clueless.

Is Greene a healthy scratch or is he hurt? I don't see why TM would take him out unless he can't play.

But I have to agree with Jim Fox's post game comments... Kings are gonna have to weather a storm early if they wanna beat the Avs in Colorado.

Murray has put Harrold in as an "insurance policy" many, many times, and not a once can I remember him actually moving Harrold to D in the middle of a game he started as a forward. I think its really just that without Tucker running around, Clune isn't nearly as necessary.

McLeod is a fruit pie.

I like when Heidi Androl was interviewing Drew about his OT game winner he said it was his first one since his first year of junior "which kinda sucks because you want to score important goals". It was just funny hearing him say "it kinda sucks". Spoken like a true kid. I just love it when he acts and talks like himself (a 20 year old) like the meeting Wayne Gretzky "while taking a piss" story on HNIC.

MacLeod is the worst which is exactly the problem. How easily we forget him taking out Derek Armstrong with a high hit. He's trash so I'd like to have a guy like Clune match up with him as opposed to a scoring threat like Simmonds or a defenseman like O'Donnell.

Now he knows that if he runs around and forces a fight, he will be taking someone off the ice that is important.

Atleast we don't have to worry about Greene losing that fight.

Don't worry, even though tuckers out, you shouldn't be afraid of him running around on you..

He is so laughably slow these days...About once a game he'll take a big run at someone to try to get some **** started, but his acceleration is so bad, and he needs so much space to get moving he just skates himself out of the play..I don't even think he cares anymore.

The Kings (average age: 26.3) and Avs (26.7) are two of the four youngest teams in the League. L.A. has eight players age 25 under currently on its roster, while the Avalanche have 11.

Wow, didn't realize that half of the Avs roster is below 26 years old. Probably due to some injuries.
Actually, injuries have probably moved the Avs age up.

If Yip and Jones were in, (both under 25) then usually two of either svatos, tucker, durno or hendricks is out. They are all over 25.

Actually, fully healthy the Avs could very possibly have a team out there with only three guy's thirty or older..

That same lineup I"m thinking of has only 6 guy's over 25.

most our older players are grinders or defensemen.

what ??????????????????

Drewiske is a solid move.............
but Harrold for Clune???
I mean if you have to move someone just give the chence to someone who deserves it.
I don't see any way Harrold matches Clunes speed or opponent anoying.
What's wrong wiht Parse or Lewis ?

Nice, so the Avs will be in cap hell when they are all RFAs in a few year. I can see these 2 teams in the playoffs for many many years.
