what if they go too high, what do most of you do? do you fold them a little and stick them on with the velcro or do you just stick the portion of the sock below the velcro like tikkanen described?

i know that the rbk socks only have the velcro on the front so i hope that holds, if not i guess i'll have to stitch some velcro on the back too

I found the rbk retail large already quite long, and I belive the pro ones are even longer

regardless... the people I know who use em with jock shorts, use the velcro and it seems to hold just fine

for me my 3 in one is perfect and is not wearing any holes into the sock

also, I like the socks being longer and use tape as anyone would to secure the shinpad

what do people do if you stretch the socks all the way up and they come past the velcro on your shorts (ie. if they go almost up to your waist)

do they just fold them a couple of times up top or what

holy crap, i have no idea but that seems REALLY long....mine reach to about half way up my thigh and i have never had a issue with these falling (or the tron ones for that matter) ever falling down, i think a lot of that is because they are so tight fitting though...

That is an issue I have with my adult sized..I am 5'10 and they are too long..I have to use a strip of sock tape underneath my knee to prevent sagging..My issue is that since my socks are not tight is that the flap on the top of my shin pads just above the knee pokes out making my hockey pants sit ontop of that flap..Hard to explain but annoying..I don't think I will get around it until I pickup a garter belt or intermediate edge socks or smaller shins(I notice the tab in question is bigger on my Reebok shins then say the Vapor line)
