Vancouver wins. I think the division is a pipe dream. And, really, given the season projections Colorado simply making the playoffs is the victory.

A look at Thursday (3/25):

Calgary @ NY Islanders - The Isles played tonight and got clobbered. On one hand they'll be looking for redemption. On the other, they're not very good and Calgary is hungry.

Los Angeles @ St. Louis - Back to backs plus travel for L.A. It would be nice if St. Louis could hand them a loss.

Phoenix @ Nashville - At this point, go Yotes.

Dallas @ San Jose - No real catching the Sharks but if the Avs finish 7th I'd prefer Phoenix so, go Dallas!

Avs are in sixth after tonight. If they manage to win next game, and either Calgary or Nashville loses their next game, Colorado will have some breathing room.

I think you'd want Nashville to win, so they are 2 points up, and LA only 1 point up, and not 3 points up. That way a win puts Colorado ahead of both. But I guess having LA being the only team of the two up has it's pluses too. Oh well, as long as it's not a 3 point game.
