Drury is very overpaid but in the long run his signing might be a great move for this franchise.... great veteran with league wide respect.....good guy to have around with all the kids we have coming up.

Shelley is MUCH, MUCH better than Brashear at his role.

Shelley Winters would have been more valuable to the team than Brash.

That is true. But I mean it in the way that I would like to bring him back. He has been perfect and he can actually control the puck and skate to get in on the forecheck.

He was brought here because he scores goals like tonight. He just hasnt delivered as often as we would like. But all he ever has to do is score that goal in OT in big playoff series and he earns his paycheck....

For all his lame monotone interviews its that same dead pan even demeanor that makes him so good in the clutch

its also his play on the ice...blocking shots..... back checking....great things for these kids to see from a vet with his name on The Cup.

Great hard fought win especially after playing yesterday and then they are down 1 forward with Cally getting hurt.

Torts is right about Carp. The guy wanted 4 forwards on the ice in overtime.

So, the Rangers' next 4 opponents are among the conference's 5 worst teams?

Goddamnit. Why am I doing this to myself.

Shelley should definitely be back..

The guy is a good fighter and does a nice job playing... He actually has the speed to make some hits and make some defensive plays. Shelley is a guy you can survive with in today's NHL in terms of his play.

Prust is good as well. I'd keep him around.

Christensen keeps getting better... He played well. He might be the type of kid that learns a ton from a guy like Drury.

And yes... Drury is overpaid but the guy is a nice player. Shame we are using so much of our cap on him.
