Dreamworks: How to Raise Your Draft Position

Tonight's feature film will be Atlanta@Carolina. Showtime at 7. Roger Ebert gave it 2 stars out of 4, claiming that while the production values are good, there's no urgency in the film. Nothing to draw the audience in.

The film stars Eric Staal, a young captain of a ice hockey team that's struggling to find their place in the world. To make matters worse, his team must face opponents fighting for their playoff lives. Cameo appearance by Cam Ward (as The Backup) and McBain.

And everyone grab your glasses, because tonight's game will be in 3D!

Feed?

If there isn't one I get Sens and panthers or Slugs and Lightning, and neither of those is that appealing to me.

John's so good at letting you know who is young. It's like his favorite thing to say.

Erik Cole needs to stay on the PP, his one-timing skills are epic.

Why does Cole even take a stick on the ice?

I agree. His puckhandling abilities are also amazing, and his playmaking is Gretzy-like to say the least. Also, defenders have yet to figure out any of his moves.

Erik Cole's speed, strength and just the simple fact that he has done so much for this franchise and is good with the fans... is the reason(s) why he drew that penalty. Erik Cole is an asset this team cannot afford to lose. Ever.

Poor Brandon Sutter. The kid does everything to the best he can, has taken tremendous strides this season, does so many things right... and he has to play on the PP with Cole and Samsonov. He must have a look of disgust right before he jumps over the boards on a PP. He'd be better off going out there by himself. It would likely be a more effective PP.

I could care less about which one gets in, I'm just hoping these teams can keep us in the bottom 3 for the draft.

We should give Erik Cole a key to the city like Washington did for Ovechkin.

POWERPLAY... get Cole on the ice.

I think I just saw Erik Cole in the stands wearing a pink Canes jersey eating cotton candy. Anyone see that?

To be honest, I'd rather see Boston or even the Rangers. Best case scenario, I'd rather see Tampa but since they're only 1 point ahead of the Canes, I might as well relive that dream in that case. I just hate the city of Atlanta and every sports team there. I dislike the Bruins immensely, but I am a Red Sox/Celtics fan so it's the lesser of two evils, by a little.

We should be down by at least 3 goals by now... Looks like the boys have already gotten golf on their minds.

Erik Cole should turn his stick upside-down, his slapshot may be better.

Beauty goal Peverley, beauty goal.
