No, 7. There's 6 more after today's game wraps up: 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82.

edit: just kidding. He's doing the pre-game skate. But he may be injured. Just fyi since all your predictions have him scoring
Joe Thornton and Evgeni Nabokov are sitting. You will have a hard time losing to that.

I have a feeling that much of the "trade Thornton" fan group will be cringing when they actually watch this team without Thornton.

As big a "choker" as Thornton is, the Sharks need him for the playoffs.
Hoping for the best!!

SNOG 3-1 Sharks (Marleau, Heatley, Clowe)

Hopefully Greiss will have a good game today in net and he will get the defensive support he needs...

My bad, I had taken it out of context. My plentiful use of smilies hopefully made it apparent I wasn't terribly serious either.

Blake out. Thornton out. Now if Clowe were out too, then who we going to complain about.

No Thornton, No Nabokov, No Blake...no problem.

Should be an interesting game from our perspective. That's a lot of salary not playing!

Here's to a first-round matchup preview as Detroit can (hopefully) plant themselves in 5th.

I'd like to take this opportunity to say that Blake has been exceptional the past three games - and by no coincidence - three wins. Dude has played gritty, skilled and smart.

Guess he's paid the physical toll too.

You are so right...we totally don't deserve the win here.

But hey, you guys should still lose, so that I can disprove a couple really lame posts saying "we jinx them!"

And lol at you guys actually taking those posts seriously. Classic if I've ever seen classic.
