Looks like he incorporated our "Black and Blue" logo there on the side. Maybe he knows something that we don't about the whole situation involving our new home jerseys???

Yeah, I would think so. Someone made a thread about new alternates (maybe on the main board?) A while back and I think it talked about the Preds switching home-alternate á la Oilers.

Nah, it was printed in a Predators press about 2 months ago that both Pekka and Dan were getting new helmets to match the third jersey. Then after that one mention, it was all about Dan's new mask, which he debuted a few weeks after that. I never heard another mention about Pekka's third jersey mask until Dave (who painted it) posted it on Twitter about a week ago. I'm not sure why Pekka hasn't worn it yet... perhaps he's saving it for next season since there is only one more Saturday home game, but goaltenders usually get new masks every season, so who knows. I wouldn't be horribly disappointed if he didn't use it, I am not a big fan. It's pretty cool but I don't like the font of "Peks" on the front. I love his current mask.

Yeah, Preds Insider tweeted Friday that he was undecided about whether or not to debut it yesterday with the road jerseys and I noticed it immediately in the little I actually saw of the Detroit game...

It looked VERY nice, yeah. I was impressed with it, and my father, who has never seen the Preds before, commented on it.
