I'm sure Montreal is beautiful and I'll take your word that the people there are nice.

Anyway, I love Canada in general. We go there every year, sometimes two or three times a year, for a week or two per trip.
I've got news for you. People not far from where you live, assuming you are in the ABE, PA, do the same exact thing. You go a little west and north off the highway into PA and there are some people who don't want anyone around for nothing.

That's just a way of life.

Good to know, good to know...

And why are we talking about Montreal in a Bahhhsthhhan GDT? Mind games on the Boston fans?

I know and it's unfortunate because I like to go to Canada to get away from those people. I try to find little towns with no tourist attractions where I can just fish and enjoy being in the fresh air and outdoors for a few days. The last thing I feel like doing is getting stuck in one of those "hey you're from Bethlehem too..." conversations. Or really any conversation at all...

And yes, a lot of us in PA aren't fans of those coming here from NY and NJ, mostly because a lot of you guys drive like maniacs. I'm sure you're nice people but I wonder how some of you guys got your licenses. The traffic isn't as bad here as it is there. Don't drive like it is! Maybe this is another stereotype...

Two different mentalities. Here, there isn't a ton of traffic so you don't have to cut people off or rush out in front of someone. And there is no need to go 120 MPH on the highway trying to make up for lost time stuck in traffic because there just isn't as much of it. I'm sure you guys hate us as drivers, and I don't blame you. We're not used to that aggressive style of driving. I just think it's easier to adjust to not having to drive aggressively than to start driving aggressively.

Plus there is the "not knowing where you are" factor. I understand that with out-of-staters. You take it for granted that they will stop suddenly and move from lane to lane looking for the right exit or a certain street. But I know people who have been living here for years after moving from NJ and they still drive like they are in NJ.

Oh yeah, and LGD! I'm getting too far off topic...

I'm from so NY so I know bad driving when I see it. When you first start driving, your pretty lenient and calm but sooner or later your introduced to the stereotypical NY/NJ driver. Your blood boils, you start doing the same **** they do or you won't make it to work on time.

You're from Bethlahem? Okay, Bethlahem isnt Mayberry. You're right off 78 and only 1.5 hours to NYC. You even have a casino now. And if they didnt want people to drive fast out there, they shouldnt have designed that section of 78 to be like the autobahn.

Fortunately and unfortunately. Fast is one thing. 75, 80 MPH, ok that's fine (that's probably what I average on 78). It's the tailing me when I'm doing 85 crap that I hate. Also, people then try to take that kind of mentality and speed on to Rt. 22 which is just suicidal (you guys who have been on 22 going through Whitehall know what I'm talking about). And the super aggressive style of driving, cutting people off, speeding out into traffic, ect. is not necessary here.

And that Casino is a joke. I think they just got permission to put in table games. Before that it was just slots. Even so it's still all old people that go there. I don't know if it's gonna last.

Bethl e hem, BTW.

Yahoo is streaming it tonight, and they usually use the home team's feed, so it should be Doc and Chico.

No, if you don't know how to drive in NY, you will die.

Now what your correct about is that NY drivers don't know how to drive legally and safe.

On my way to work there is a straightaway with a 55 MPH limit but the norm is usually 85-100 even if a cop is on the road. It's not even a highway either.

Rolston hasn't been a world beater out there, but he surely hasn't been terrible with those two.
Why people feel more comfortable with a five million dollar man on the third line, than a 3.2 man on the third line is beyond me. Zubrus is taking care of business on what we used to call a checking line. He's a good fit for Clarkson.

Until Rolston shoots Kovalchuk in the face with a puck, or something, he shouldn't be booted off the line. And as someone pointed out a few days ago, everybody underappreciates his defensive work.

How does salary have any indication of where a player ends up?

he was on the 4th line last year.
