Bring Back Pyorala!!!

and start him as our 5/6 dman...im serious he'd be pretty good at defense...give him a shot.

hell he could play with timonen and be a good shut down...or i'd like him with parent or even kracjeik

well he did have an excellent defensive mind as a forward, you cant deny that...

Pyorala Betts Lappy would be very tough.

I prefer Pyorala to Asham at this point. If Carcillo gets suspended, and JVR is still hurt I'd say Pyorala will get the call, assuming we have cap room for a call up

Why did the Pyorala experiment not work?

Was it because he wasnt producing offensively?

I thought he did a damn good job and would be great on our checking line with Betts and Lappy.

Yeah, I'm pretty certain that was it.

edit: We could also always put him in goal!

edit 2: I'm okay with Pyorala coming in as a replacement for Carcillo. I like Pyorala but, I'm not sure if I want him to replace anyone when everyone is available though. (I left out the bolded accidentally).

I like Pyorala over Cote

Because of the amount of recalls you're allowed after the trade deadline, I don't think he's being called up. In fact, I would prefer if Laviolette went with 7 defensemen, but he seems to really only trust 5 of them.

Or he is trying to keep Parent, Bart, and kraijcek all fresh

I would prefer Pyorala over Asham and Cote by a lot. I'm kind of disappointed that he hasn't replaced either of them this year, to be frank. Especially Cote. It's a miracle that that guy keeps getting a job and games to play somehow (Cote I mean).

I miss Pyro. I was a huge supporter of his, but when he couldnt get his scoring down I felt sad. In the AHL, he is doing VERY well, and plays on their top line. I would like to see him get another chance. I still remember his first goal. Ahh good times...

i'd prefer Pyorala over Asham, Cote and maybe even Powe at this point. Powe has struggled recently.
