Maybe some people will start giving an effort on our PP now knowing Metro won't be there to do it for them. His right handed shot will be missed though.

Yeah I never understand the people who "like" the posts that have bad news in them, like injury reports. Idiots, or just Leafs/Bruins fans with no lives (or both)?

Absolutely.

Its time for SKost, Laps, Moen and Moore to step up.

This is where having all that bottom 6 depth is a good thing.

Projected playoff lineup:

Pouliot-Gomez-Gionta
Cammy-Pleks-AKost
SKost-Moore-Moen
MAB-Lapierre-Darche/Pyatt

Markov-O'Byrne
Hamrlik-Spacek
Gill-Gorges

Halak
Price

Wackness. Really really liked Metro and he might have played his last game as a Hab. Sucks but it's alight, insert 4th liner here. Lapierre must be thanking the stars.

I wonder if he's going to be back at all in a Habs uniform.

That's the first thing that came to mind after the initial, what's new?

That sucks. He's the kind of guy you would want to have in the playoffs.

That's for sure.

I think that's the end of Metropolit in a habs uniform if he's out that long.

Won't you guys start freaking believing for a second. We won't get eliminated in the first round. We will make the playoff and win the Cup I am 100% sure of that.

Poor guy, he had such a great year and he is one of the classiest guys in the league... not to mention he was solid for us in the playoffs last year.

This.

- The same thing can be said of Mara (depth veteran) imo -

With Metropolit out, our #13F is Maxwell or Bergeron if you consider him as a D/F. Not on par with the quality of our recent healthy scratches: Metropolit, Lapierre, Darche...

Hopefully, Lapierre will pick up the slack.
