Poll on Canucks site on who the player of the game was:

Drew Doughty
8%
Dustin Brown
66%
Jarret Stoll
3%
Alexander Frolov
1%
Anze Kopitar
3%
Jonathan Bernier
1%
Kyle Wellwood
17%

It's interesting that they selected six Kings and only one Canuck for the poll. It's even more interesting that 17% of respondents are so delusional as to pick the one Canuck as the player of the game. But hey, they are Canuck fans.

OMFG.

That was a drubbing.

That was Frolov (and the team) taking over.

That was the 9-0 pre-olympic break team.

That was Fun

That worm has turned!

I do believe that 5 of Wellwood's 13 goals this season have comer against the Kings. Thats from memory, but someone can check the stats.

Frolov

Brown X3

Kopitar

Handzus

Williams

and I forgot someone

3-0 after 1

5-2 after 2

Luongo sucked

Kings dominated. The offense looked wonderful We had three goals on the first 7 shots.

TM better leave Brown and Frolov together.

Dustin Brown did his best Bernie Nicholls impersonation.

Fast paced, all-out offense, and Luongo and every Nucklehead D not named Ehrhoff had a really, REALLY rough night. Vancouver tried to get the tough stuff going, and the Kings PP shut that down pretty quickly.

Bernier was a little shakey, which ironically is a good thing. He can go back to Manchester 3-0, Quick gets some good practice time in to clear his head, and all is right with the world.

Obviously the nucks are a very injured plagued as of now and were not on their game but credit goes to the kings that took advantage. Kudos, your team played very good. Possibly the worst game the nucks played in this season.

Hopefully, the next time the two teams meet the game wouldn't be one sided as it has been in this game.

Cheers,

A team struggling since the Olympic break.

A critical time of the season.

Those chasing from behind.

Others trying to pull away.

Kings v. Canucks. A test of character amidst adversity. A defining moment. Consider the moment defined.

Dustin Brown’s hattrick makes a statement. I am this team’s Captain. I lead by example.

Jack Johnson’s skating, vision, and passing makes a statement. Hype be damned. I will meet expectations.

Kopitar, Smyth and Williams’ performance makes a statement. We are the magic and showtime is back.

Beating a team against whom we have been struggling makes a statement. We are the unbeatable when we want to be.

Handzus’ resolve and fierce competitiveness makes a statement. I will do whatever it takes to win.

Drew Doughty’s maturity and weekly evolution makes a statement. I will be one the greatest defensemen in league history.

Jonathan Bernier beating Robert Luongo at this time of the season makes a statement. Soon, you will look across the ice, see me and know that I am the better goalie.

A statement game. Believe.

GO KINGS!

If Dustin Brown played like that every night, no one would ever complain about him.

Sorry I missed the game, sounds like it was a memorable one. What do you guys think of Bernier and what do you think his immediate future is?

Brown needs to shoot more often when it comes to 2 on 1's, good things happen
