Is butler playing or was last game his "one game" for the year, and that's it.
Is he one of our top 12-13 forwards going forward(i know he cant play playoffs) or is he just a prospect that we needed to play in the nhl this year to sign, and next year?
I think it may be his last game, gotta get Shannon or Smith going IMO. Although I think he has a good chance to make the team next year with a good summer, but if he started the year in bingo it wouldnt be the end of the word.

I don't think its his last game i could see him playing the rest of the reg season.I think you will see the likes of spezza/fisher/neil etc gets a couple games off.

I doubt it, unless they have some sort of nagging injury. Alfredsson said himself that hes not going to take any games off unless hes hurt. Right now the priority would be to get Shannon some games in and get him playing well heading into the playoffs.
Isles are 6-3-1 in their last 10. Even though we're playing some bottom dwellers to close out the year its nice that they're playing some quality hockey and testing the Sens going into the postseason.
Maybe it's just me, but I find I really like afternoon games. Mostly because it means I actually end up doing stuff that day instead waiting for the game all day and then not doing anything after the game and going to bed.
Instead I can wake up, watch the game and then do stuff.
