Sadly, no epic GDT. Finals tmr and won't be able to catch the game but go AVS!

So pumped for this game, especially because it's on Versus and I can watch on my TV in HD! Just win baby!

A win, and a Sharks win over Calgary and we're in. This is massive. I can't wait for 10pm EST!!

It'll be interesting to see how the Duchene-Hejduk line works without Mueller. He's been very good with those two but, then again, they're both excellent players who hopefully can click quickly with someone else (likely Yip).

If Duke and Duchene doesnt work out on the ice , it's always time to reunite the the 9 line again .

a win tonight coupled with a flames loss would be wonderful. I would have chuckled out loud in disdain if someone had told me that the Avs were going to make the POs this year.

I didn't realize that we could still get a game on Altitude when it's also being shown on Versus. (I haven't been able to keep up with all of these Versus-related exclusivity rules.)

So, which Canuck will score the hat trick tonight?

I kid, I kid. We're gonna win this one. And the Sharks will beat the Flames. And we shall breathe a sigh of deep relief.

And then I'll stop shaving.

I will be cheering for the San Jose Sharks tonight.

I really don't think we will beat the Canucks tonight. They have been better than us all year. We need our offense to step it up and our defense to keep doing what they are doing. I am assuming there will be no changes to the line up besides Tucker being in for Mueller.

Any word on the line combos, with Mueller out? Yip will probably move up...

HF Canuck board is turning into Canucks.com message board.

If he can be a 25-30 goal scorer, that would be great. He's got tremendous speed.

Any word on if Vancouver is going to rest anyone -- i.e. Luongo?

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Avs squeak out a point or two from this one, in part by Vancouver having the proverbial "less to play for". They will be #3, barring a minor miracle. Their card is as punched as its gonna get and while I don't see them just rolling over and playing dead just to help stick it to Calgary, I would expect the Avs to be the hungrier team.

I am confident San Jose can get the job done but getting a win against Vancouver would be massive, as there are no guarantees against Edmonton, despite their poor record.

me neither, we haven't played well against those Nuckers this year at all. we've been outscored 22-11 in 5 games and gave up a 3 goal lead in the last game.

If there was ever a time for redemption then it's now but I don't see it happening

I don't see us winning this.
But I'm seeing it as San Jose wins tonight, we take an easy win tomorrow!

We can compete with them we just need to take it a FULL 60 minutes

I think Vancouver winning this game is most conducive to them eliminating Calgary in the last game of their season. That's all we want.

Better than nothing.

Edmonton easy win? I don't think so [did you see how they play lately], except they allow us to win as they hate Calgary .
